3.1 Service Providers

We share information with trusted third-party service providers who assist us in operating the Services, including inspection services, transport providers, payment processors, title and escrow services, cloud hosting and infrastructure providers, and analytics services. 3.2 Business Transfers

If SUYT is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, bankruptcy, or sale of all or a portion of its assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. Vehicle submission data associated with completed purchases may be retained indefinitely for business records purposes.
